Scott Thorneycroft
About me
I am a qualified counsellor with three years of experience providing effective support in both in-person and remote settings . My practice is grounded in Person-Centred principles, which I integrate with other therapeutic modalities and creative methods to provide a tailored and flexible experience.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change. My approach is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings.
I recognise the courage it takes to seek help and understand that taking the first step towards a happier life is much easier with someone by your side. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.

Scott is someone who takes great care of providing a safe and truly caring environment for me to express myself. He is kind and gentle in his approach and does everything to understand me and is flexible to work with me in a ways which are most supportive.
He gives me freedom to explore whatever I bring to each session and is great at making connections with topics we have discussed in the past.
Overall Scott is a great therapist and I would recommend him if you’re looking for someone who is willing to listen and understand you and your situation/ feelings/ thoughts.
