Sederia Moore is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is such a light person, she warms my heart. She listens, offers feedback, as well as affirmation but not the point of enabling. She gently pulls you back from anxious thoughts to a balanced way of thinking. She has recommended me two wonderful books and ways of improving my mental health. She is so willing to work with me and the way that my brain processes trauma and emotions. I couldn’t recommend her more!!

She is enthusiastic, caring, very knowledgeable, tailors our work to my needs, practical, has helped me a lot already, gets back to me quickly and has great advice and guidance.
