Sefora Jean-Louis, LMHC
About me
I am licensed in Massachusetts with over 8 years of professional experience supporting individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I work collaboratively with clients to create an open, supportive, and non-judgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be explored safely.
I offer flexible scheduling, including early morning and late evening availability, with sessions beginning as early as 5:00 AM EST and as late as 10:00 PM EST. To support both client care and sustainability, early and late sessions (5:00–8:00 AM and 8:00–10:00 PM) are typically offered via audio or live messaging.
Taking the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life takes courage—and I’m here to support you in that process.

Sefora is really good at listening and understanding your thoughts and your feelings. She provides helpful feedback and good strategies to resolve problems and be confident in yourself. She is very positive and very real as a best friend would be and cares about who you are as a person and advocates for your growth into the person you want to become.

Sefora is very supportive. She very quickly caught on to what I was looking for and even when I didn’t know what I was looking for support wise understood what I needed. Conversations are easy and constructive. 10/10 recommend.

I‘ve never been in therapy before, but when I express my most vulnerable moments and thoughts, Sefora nails the problem every time in her responses. She responds with a lot to say, offers various exercises and ways for me to cope with certain things, and offers an ear whenever I want to talk or vent. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist so far :)

Sefora has been taking her time to effectively help me address issues that frequently seem to pop up in my life, dedicating time to forming a plan and helping me rework some patterns and connections I’ve created thus far. I really cannot appreciate enough her well-done job from when we started up until this point.
