I'm very grateful that I was able to work with Sehnaz. I made great progress. She is a gifted therapist and a truly intuitive person. You can talk to her about anything and she understands. She's an excellent listener, compassionate, curious, patient. And the way she works with you feels like a partnership, like you are actively participating in your own healing. I highly recommend her. Thank you Sehnaz.

I have been in therapy on and off for 20 years. Whether it was my personal readiness and reception or Sehnaz's ability to draw me out- or a combination of both- this has been the most productive, nurturing, personalized therapy I have ever had. She follows and leads simultaneously, she is flexible and caring and knowledgeable in multiple techniques. I am grateful for her guidance.

I’ve only worked with Sehnaz for three weeks but I’m consistently appreciative of her responses to me throughout the week. Even when we don’t have a session scheduled, she has thoughtful insight that she shares about my journal entries and general messages.
Although I feel like I’m always flip flopping my priorities and topics, she’s follows me without judgement.
I look forward to seeing where our future work leads me!
