In the short time we spoke, Senath listened to my concerns and was very quickly able to help me gain clarity on my next steps. Her approach felt caring and direct, and I found her presence grounding.

Senath helped me with some concerns and issues I had in a sensitive but honest manner. I appreciated her no-nonsense attitude and the advice she gave me was very much practical and grounded in reality but also within reach considering where I was at at the time. She is also culturally sensitive to the experiences of Muslim Americans and was able to understand certain aspects of my experience as a Muslim American that other therapists simply couldn't due to differing cultural backgrounds.
Highly recommended! Thank you Senath!

Senath was empathetic immediately in our first call. She made me feel safe when I was nervous, as I have never been in counseling before. By the end of the session she gave me several actionable takeaways and helped me see a few things from different angles. I enjoy working with her and feel like she is helping me a lot
