Hello, I'm an adolescent and family therapist based out of Sarasota, Fl. I am passionate about helping youth who are struggling with intense emotions, difficulty expressing themselves, and are having frequent conflicts at home or school. I have experience working in Baker Act facilities and have experience helping those in crisis. I can also help parents who may feel overwhelmed and unsure how to support their child. These families want peace, stronger communication, and tools to manage stress and anger. They seek understanding and a safe space to rebuild connection and trust with one another.
