I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and supervisor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, strengths based, solution focused, and trauma informed modalities with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in meeting the client where they are and working with them to determine their specific needs.
