Written by A.N. on Jun 22, 2020 after counseling with Shameca for 3 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, and grief

Shameca was empathetic, patient, and kind while I was dealing with the grief from losing a pet. She didn't make me feel lesser than because I was grieving a pet as opposed to a person. She spoke of him with respect, and treated me and my family with respect. She listened with compassion and then gave me some tools to work to short and longer term goals. Thank you Shameca!

Very practical and straightforward. Helped me view my issues with new clarity.
