Talking to Shana is like talking to a friend. A friend that has no judgement towards you, only care. Because of Shana’s help I have been able to work through a lot of grief, guilt/shame, and identity issues.

Shana is probably the first therapist to actually help me out of any other provider. I could not have gotten through some of the hardest stuff in my life without her help. She gave me tools that I have used to help myself and others deal with anxiety and depression.

I had previously tried therapy in a traditional setting without success. When I recently found the need for it again, Better Help seemed to be a great, affordable option since my insurance wouldn’t cover much.

I feel that based on my survey I was perfectly matched. Shana is able to listen and put the pieces together for me. She has been so helpful when others had over looked things. I feel like I have made real progress with her and she always gives me tools to help with whatever I may talk about in our sessions.

Shana is such a wonderful therapist. She is SO smart. With just some information she was capable to distinguish what were my main issues and that means that she's listening/reading carefully, and putting an effort for trying to help us, patients.

Shana has been extremely helpful at a difficult time for so many. She doesn't just listen actively and empathetically. She responds with compassion and gives you steps to take to address the struggles you're having. She also checks in during the week, recalls details, and makes you feel heard. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone compassionate and non-judgmental to talk to.
