She is very good at listening and helping me sort out feelings. She also provided me with valuable resources (skills and book recommendations) that have been a great help so far in managing the issues in my life I've been having. She is very understanding.

Shana is such a wonderful therapist. She is SO smart. With just some information she was capable to distinguish what were my main issues and that means that she's listening/reading carefully, and putting an effort for trying to help us, patients.

Shana has been extremely helpful at a difficult time for so many. She doesn't just listen actively and empathetically. She responds with compassion and gives you steps to take to address the struggles you're having. She also checks in during the week, recalls details, and makes you feel heard. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone compassionate and non-judgmental to talk to.

I'm so grateful to have found a counsellor who understands and is experienced in my kind of trauma. I've only been seeing her for 3 weeks and she has already helped me understand how my trauma has impacted various behaviours. I have enormous faith that she will continue to massively improve my state of mind, relationship, and life!
