Shana has been my counselor for 2 weeks now. She is a great listener & sympathizer. She always gives you her full attention, is interested in what you have to say, and always gives helpful tips and solutions for your problems.

I'm so grateful to have found a counsellor who understands and is experienced in my kind of trauma. I've only been seeing her for 3 weeks and she has already helped me understand how my trauma has impacted various behaviours. I have enormous faith that she will continue to massively improve my state of mind, relationship, and life!
