I have been working with Shana for 6-7 months and have loved our time together. She has helped me views things in a different light and helped me address areas of need. I would recommend Shana 10/10!

I look forward to my ongoing conversations with Shana. She is warm, insightful, and offers meaningful coping strategies and tools that have helped me become more meditative and focused. There is a lot trauma and stress (childhood and current) that seemed to be weighing down on me, even more so during this pandemic. Shana offers a different perspective that guides me through looking at things through a different set of lens and has helped foster my relationships with my children and husband. She also provides relevant scripture and biblical characters that I’ve used for continued meditation throughout the week. It has helped release a lot of the guilt and resistance that I once had, and I feel more motivated and hopeful. I value our conversations and look forward to our therapy sessions.

Working with Shana has been extremely helpful and rewarding. No matter if I’m going through something hard or intense or if everything feels aligned, Shana’s guidance, suggestions, ability to listen and supportive energy have been extremely helpful in helping me understand my feelings, recurring patterns and ways I get in my own way. I always leave our sessions feeling seen & heard, often with new tools to help me move forward. I am so grateful for our work together & highly recommend her to anyone looking to help themselves.

Shana was extremely helpful! I would love to continue my therapy with her but the schedule no longer works with my work schedule.

Where do I begin. I came to Shana broken. I had been sexually abused by my sister from the ages of 8 to 14, that same sister lead me to alot of pain through out the years. I had no idea how I had allowed mself to be manipulated for decades. I am now in my 50's and after getting covid I had a massive realization that my life had to change drastically, but I wasn't connecting the dots of how the sexual abuse had deeply affected my life. When I started therapy just 3 months ago I had stopped speaking to my sister and started seeking God. Shana was a gift from God. I held nothing back brought her all of my pain which she so graceously received. I specifically requested a spiritual counselor so we use the bible on every session. I wish I could write how beautifully I am healing. It has been hard but beautiful. I clearly see God's grace in my life. Could not be more grateful for Shana as my therapist.
