He is attentive and really listens with full understanding. He doesn't beat around the bush and helps get to the root of the issue with making you feel like you don't know yourself. I've been in therapy for 18 years and he's one of the best I've had. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I came to better health and chose Shane as my counselor because I was having relationship problems with my significant other, & in just 3 sessions, Shane has helped me increase my self awareness, reflect which helped me hold myself accountable with my own actions. This resulted in having a better relationship with my boyfriend, having clarity & peace of mind. If I feel like I need to work with a therapist again in the future, Shane would be my therapist to go to again.
