Shannon Bode, LMFT
About me
I believe healing happens in relationship—where you feel safe, seen, and truly understood. With nearly two decades of experience, I use a relational and eclectic approach to help transform emotional pain into insight and growth. I support clients in breaking generational patterns, finding steadiness in an often chaotic world, and reconnecting with their inner sense of self. My work is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and anti-racist, and I’m especially attuned to the needs of sensitive souls navigating deep emotional experiences.
