I am focused on helping you adopt skills for self-discovery and development while maintaining success. My approaches are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused. My goal is to teach you to (A) control irrational thoughts (B) identify the true issues and (C) empower you to identify practical solutions. If irrational thoughts are managed it becomes easier to problem-solve and address the issues. I view counseling as an instrumental tool in helping others become aware of their thoughts, find solutions to their issues and self-regulate their mood.
