Shannon made me feel heard and accepted right away. I don't feel pressure from her. I sense understanding, and from what I've experienced so far; she's willing to go at my own pace but suggest things along the way that I might want to touch on. She seems very relatable and I'm excited to move forward in our sessions

Shannon is Super personable and really nice! I feel like she did a good job about listening but also gave good feedback, I’ve had a hard time in the past finding a counselor that I can connect with but my experience with Shannon so far has been amazing and I’m excited to see the progress I make in my sessions with her!

I’ve tried another therapist before Shannon and Shannon was such a contrast in every good way. She was respectful, encouraging and super sweet. It was like I was talking to a good friend who is also my Therapist. Thanks so much Shannon for all your help thus far!
