I came into better help very nervous about resorting to therapy. It's rather taboo where I come from. Shannon was phenomenal in making me feel comfortable and safe to be brutally honest about myself. She is very punctual about getting back to me during her stated times. The videos and encouragement she sends is well though out to the issue we are tackling that week(s). She tells me how it is, doesn't blow smoke, or tell me it's okay. She challenges you. 10/10

Shannon has been a great help and sounding board for getting my life into better order. I was seeking someone to help me work on assertiveness and coping through some major life changes. Shannon offered a plethora of resources and tools to help me. She was very communicative through the platform and had great availability for video sessions. I would highly recommend working with Shannon for a wide variety of small things and the bigger issues as well!
