These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Shannon LaTray. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I came into better help very nervous about resorting to therapy. It's rather taboo where I come from. Shannon was phenomenal in making me feel comfortable and safe to be brutally honest about myself. She is very punctual about getting back to me during her stated times. The videos and encouragement she sends is well though out to the issue we are tackling that week(s). She tells me how it is, doesn't blow smoke, or tell me it's okay. She challenges you. 10/10
I love Shannon!
Shannon has been a great help and sounding board for getting my life into better order. I was seeking someone to help me work on assertiveness and coping through some major life changes. Shannon offered a plethora of resources and tools to help me. She was very communicative through the platform and had great availability for video sessions. I would highly recommend working with Shannon for a wide variety of small things and the bigger issues as well!
Shannon is very understanding and got to the root of my problem quickly. She goes the extra mile to provide me with information and tasks that help me change my thought process. I highly recommend her!
Shannon has been amazing in guiding me and giving me encouragement in areas of my life that I have struggled with and continue to have anxiety about!
I’ve been working with Shannon for the past 2 or 3 months, and she has been great and very supportive. We are able to talk through various scenarios and events and she tries to give me the tools necessary to better handle myself in the future. Highly recommend as a therapist!
Shannon is awesome! She has helped me through a really tough time in my life. I would recommend her to anyone. She helped me look at different situations from different perspectives and allow me to see things different. Awesome at what she does and I'm very thankful for her!
Shannon is so well equipped to help with a variety of different problems. I came to her with a lot anxious feelings but we were able to work through all of them together. The best part is that I feel like I have the tools to help myself going forward. Shannon also has a way of recommending just the right book. I’ve been so fortunate to be able to work with her over the last several months.
I’ve absolutely loved working with Shannon. She’s kind and really listens. I expressed to her upfront what I was looking for and she has done an amazing job of meeting my needs and supporting me. She’s given me great tips and recommendations that have already started to make a huge impact and I’ve only been working with her for a few weeks. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Shannon so far.
