I am a trauma-informed therapist with 12 years experience working alongside women, men and families dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships and self-esteem.
I establish a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients allowing them to express their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I believe everyone has a right to be heard, is capable of change, and has the power within themselves to create a life they love.
