Very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time trying out therapy and will say I absolutely enjoyed our sessions and felt like I gained more confidence in myself because of our conversations. I had questions and she had answers lol. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone trying out therapy

I have never had a great experience with therapy until now. Shanteria is so kind and understanding. I feel very comfortable with her, and it has only been a few sessions, but her support has been immensely helpful. I couldn't thank her enough! This is the first time I can say that therapy has been helpful for me.
