I have been licensed since 2004, working with people who have experienced complex trauma and providing non-profit leadership focused on supporting the professionals who endure secondary trauma from their work. I utilize a trauma informed approach that includes strategies for regulating cognitive and emotional processes as well as restoring health to the nervous system and the mind/body connection.
