Shari helped me come to terms on a lot of things about myself. And was able to help me realise not only my worth, but to keep myself as whole as I can be. Empowering me to take on the multitude of challenges that stand in my way.

I have never attended a therapy session. I was very confident with Shari, she’s a great listener and I felt safe to speak up my inner self.
