Shari is very warm and welcoming. She is attentive and takes notes when we are talking. She is very empathetic when I share experiences that have not been easy for me. I very highly recommend her.

I’ve always been skeptical about therapy, but a friend really reassured me that it would help. The first therapist I was paired with just didn’t click and I was worried I had made a mistake. Shari was a blessing from the moment I met her! I feel so wonderful knowing I have someone in my corner who both encourages and respects me. I look forward to our sessions and always leave feeling like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders.
