About me
Experienced, Practical Support to Help You Move Forward
I have over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, including eight years in private practice. My background includes working in a variety of clinical settings with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. I work primarily with adults who feel depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, dealing with work stress, or having relationship challenges.
Areas I commonly help with include:
• Depression, anxiety, and stress
• Work-related stress and burnout
• Relationship challenges
• Life transitions and adjustment
• Feeling overwhelmed or stuck
You don’t have to handle everything on your own. If you're feeling stuck or ready for change, therapy can provide support and practical steps to help you move forward. I work with clients to understand what’s happening, identify workable solutions, and build skills that can be used in everyday life.
My style is straightforward, respectful, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I focus on practical, structured support that helps clients move forward step by step.
Sessions are provided by live video or phone. Email or text messaging may be used for brief messages, but therapy is conducted during scheduled sessions.
Please remember, BetterHelp is not for crisis situations. If you are in immediate distress, call 911 or local emergency services. You can also reach 1-800-273-TALK (8255) for immediate support.
