Hello, I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor at Silverset Counselling Service (SCS), with over 10 years of experience. I specialise in supporting clients with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflicts, self-esteem, and navigating life changes.
Using an integrative approach that includes CBT, Gestalt, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Transactional Analysis theories, I provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. My approach is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, blending evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your goals.
