I have been working with Sharon for some time now, she has helped me get out of depression and chronic anxiety with her understanding and encouragement, this journey does take time, you have to persevere and keep going, even when you feel like you want to give up, Sharon will help you realise that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and I can tell you now that there is!

I have been speaking with Sharon for 4 weeks now and I love how gentle and calm she is. At the same time she is expressive and really helps to open me up. She gives you space to talk but if you can’t talk she speaks and reassures you. She is wonderful and I am really enjoying working with her.

A fantastic therapist. I've been having sessions with Sharon for 5weeks now, and we've made some fantastic break-throughs. She takes time to really listen to me and remembers all that I tell her. She's brilliant at asking the right questions to connect the threads whilst giving me constant and consistent support and guidance. This has truely been an eye-opening, yet exciting journey. Highly reccomend!
