I am a warm, empathetic, and professionally qualified counsellor, dedicated to supporting adults and adolescents through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
As a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the NCPS, I adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice. My integrative approach is tailored to each individual and draws on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Person-Centred Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT),
I work with clients facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I have particular expertise in supporting individuals affected by complex trauma, suicidal thoughts, and long-term emotional distress. My trauma-informed approach focuses on creating a sense of safety and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.
I offer an inclusive, anti-discriminatory practice that welcomes people from all backgrounds and identities. Together, we’ll create a supportive and collaborative space where you can reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Availability: Monday -Thursday 6pm -9pm & Friday -Saturday 10am - 1pm (UK time) - please note I do not offer messaging as a service
