I haven’t been in therapy in a decade. My first session was nerve racking but she instantly made me feel at ease with breathing exercises and listened to me just talk about everything that’s been on my mind.

She listens, but also gets to the point of the issue. She can be blunt if needed, but is polite and kind. Responds well to my concerns and gives appropriate homework. Would definitely recommend for those who want to address the real issues preventing movement forward
