Shazia really took time to establish what I wanted from our sessions and to give each session a clear objective. She identified key issues and encouraged me to explore these further with thoughtful insight and supportive exploratory questioning. Because of this, I felt like I made a lot of progress each session and that every minute was used wisely. Shazia has a very warm and down-to-earth personality so you instantly feel at ease opening up to her. She showed a great deal of empathy and an in-depth understanding of the issues I was experiencing. I always felt very heard and my feelings felt very valid. She was never afraid to look at the deeper issues and tackle difficult topics. Shazia really helped me look forward to the future and reframe the way I viewed my past. I have renewed optimism for my life ahead of me and these sessions were worth every penny I paid. I am so glad I went to BetterHelp and found Shazia.
