I deeply cherish Shay! She possesses an incredible ability to listen wholeheartedly, providing me with a sense of peace and calm that wraps around me like a soft blanket.

My sessions with Sheida have been lovely. She is a really attentive listener and picks up on small things that I may not even recognize myself. Though we’ve only met a few times, she has provided me with perspective: offering provoking questions and guidance to any grievances I have. I feel so refreshed after our sessions.
