She is a great listener and communicator
Totally recommend her as therapist
Amazing, supportive, and a great help
Sheila is very good at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable immediately, helps you think through complex thoughts and dynamics while asking very good questions, taking the conversation in a very constructive direction. I find sessions with Sheila incredibly helpful.
