Dr. Sheila Fritz-Ellis Ed.D., LCPC, NBCC, LMHC has 23 years of clinical
counseling experience, in private schools, outpatient community mental health centers, hospital programs, and her own private practice.
Dr. Fritz-Ellis believes in integrating the art and science of
counseling to deliver the most effective care to her clients. Her focus is on developing a strong therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing for the client.
Her treatment method is based on the clients specific needs. She is trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT, with additional certification in Grief Counseling. .
