About me
As a licensed counselor in Minnesota, I focus on wellness and what we can do to help you feel hopeful as we begin to change your story. I approach therapy with trauma informed interventions, and from an attachment, developmental, and systems lens. Together we will build from your personal strengths and resilience to help you heal and feel more connected to your environment and relationships.
My goal is to join you throughout your journey. I am passionate about creating the safe and supportive atmosphere needed to acknowledge stressors and process situations or experiences that are challenging to you, while also being sensitive to the ways your past experiences can impact your present. I am aware and supportive of how our unexpressed feelings can leave us feeling disconnected to the world and people around us.
Taking steps toward change and accepting support can make us feel vulnerable. I hope to help through those moments with humor and play, while continuing to provide a non-judgmental, professional and supportive space.
