I have worked with clients who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms and challenges, including stress, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. I have also worked with clients who have experienced trauma (physical, emotional, sexual).
My therapy style is person-centered, and strength based. Your therapy will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs but one thing I do provide to all my clients across the board is a safe space without judgement. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
