These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Shellany Cushner. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I hadn't ever found a therapist I felt I could talk to until I opened up to Shellany. She has been a delight to speak with, and I have learned a lot about myself and how to handle those pesky intrusive thoughts.
Shellany is a great listener. She has many tools at her disposal to assist in helping an individual gain perspective, apply skills, and take steps to help an them make changes.
My therapist is knowledgeable in helping me identify PTSD & the different symptoms and behaviours that I have been experiencing over life stressors. I like the way she does an end of session review of of the session. Each session she has suggestions on ways I can improve my choices during triggering events. Shellany has been my therapist for about less than 6 months and during that time I have developed effective coping strategies that have improved my mental & physical health faster than the several years of doing self care. I appreciate the post session work sheets she provides me.
I have been impressed with the quality of sessions with her.
Shellany is the most incredible therapist I have ever had. I not only feel heard, but understood, in a completely judgement-free atmosphere. She has been gently helping me through the tough process of healing from trauma, and I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me.

This has been a tremendous help. I suffer from things that will prevent me from actually driving to a physical address for therapy. So the fact that I can get online from the comfort of my home to get real help is nothing short of amazing.
I trust that Shellany's experience backing her knowledge is a great combo in a therapist!
