About me
Shelley Goldstein, M.Ed., LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor & Professional School Counselor – Texas
Hi there! I’m a laid-back, compassionate therapist with over 10 years of experience as a school counselor (and a former theatre teacher!), currently working at a Fine Arts Academy. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, especially those facing anxiety, ADHD, academic or creative stress, identity exploration, or life transitions.
My approach is supportive, strengths-based, and warm—with a bit of humor when it fits. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, talk things through honestly, and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time, I’ll meet you where you are. You don’t have to go through this alone—I'm here to help.
