Shelley is an amazing therapist!! I came to her with issues and she not only helped my work through those issues and understand why I was having them, but she was also able to help me understand why I had other certain feelings and other problems. She is a great listener and provided me great tools to work through my feelings. She helped me work through the inital issue I came to her for even quicker than I thought she would.
