Dr. Sledge is both knowledgeable and personable in her interactions and support. I valued the time we had to discuss difficult family dynamics and to come up with realistic strategies. My mental health was maintained and improved through our therapy sessions.

She's absolutely wonderful. She comes up with ideas I hadn't thought of and ways of approaching conversations.

Dr Sledge is very easy to talk to; is a very active listener; asks questions that make me think; and She also reminds me that I must remember how important it is to focus on "self-care,"
My job can be very stressful at times, and I tend to worry about my spouse, who has health problems, my children, all grown, but one of whom has a chronic illness, and my 90 year old Mom. I worry about everyone I love, and I sometimes forget about ME.
Dr Sledge is helpful and supporting what I call my journey to ME - remembering that sometimes I come first and in so doing I can shed some of the stress and worries and focus on self-care and to stop worrying so much about things I have no control over.
I have made great progress in my therapy sessions with Dr. Sledge and highly recommend her!
