I only saw Shellye temporarily until my previous therapist came back from leave, but the few sessions I had with her were exactly what I needed to feel secure, capable, confident, and validated. She has such an eloquent way with words, and is supportive in a way that feels authentically platonic (as opposed to trivially professional). She really is rooting for you, and that kind of support means everything to me, especially from a therapist. Thanks, Shellye, for everything :)

Shellye is very knowledgeable and she really cares. Patient. Follows up with me as well. And offers tools that can assist with what I might be going through. She has helped me over the last few months. Highly recommend her. She feels like a friend giving you advice as opposed to feeling like someone who is A professional judging you. It’s been a blessing.
