About me
I am licensed in Georgia with 9 years of professional work experience. I have worked in community mental health agencies and mental health hospitals. I empower women, teenagers, and children to overcome trauma, reduce anxiety, reduce depression, control mood, and control ADHD. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma, and abuse. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I enjoy incorporating multimodal approaches, including holistic, mindfulness, and TF-CBT, to address your individual needs. Do you feel tired, stressed, and overwhelmed by life's stressors? Are you unable to focus on life goals or accomplish tasks? Let me help you build a strong foundation to reframe your life and prioritize life goals. Together, we can help you heal from childhood trauma and other traumas you have experienced. Let's identify how childhood trauma has impacted you. Has childhood trauma led to depression or anxiety?
