Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sherie Dechter. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I have been seeing Sherie for close to 2 1/2 years now and she has truly helped me in many aspects of life.. The times that we talk I am able to reevaluate my negative thinking process. She is truly a life saver when I am having anxious episodes.
Sherie is a kind, compassionate therapist who listens and understands my problems. She always has some insight and suggestions that I find to be very helpful in dealing with my anxiety and panic disorders. I am so glad that I found her on Better Help and would recommend her to anyone who is seeking therapy for anxiety/panic or depression.
She is extremely responsive and helpful. She explains what is happening and gives me goals for each week.
Sherie is a wonderful, empathetic therapist who also has a lot of insight. She has a way of listening and making observations that get past what you think you are saying to what you are really feeling.
Sheri happens to connect with me very well. She is highly skilled and easy to confide in. I never feel judged and always feel supported. Thanks, Sheri.
I’ve only had a couple of sessions with Dr. Sherie and I’m loving it! I had never been to therapy before and from our first session she made me feel understood & safe. Dr. Sherie was recommended to me by a friend and now I can see why. She’s wonderful! I’m truly grateful to have her as my therapist.
Sherie is professional, understanding and helping me to see that I need to make changes in my
life that will help me move forward. She is patient, kind and experienced in her field.
I’ve been talking with Sherie for a while now and from the beginning she has always been so patient. Even when I have a lot to unpack, we take it slow and work through it all at whatever pace I’m comfortable. At first, it just felt like I was venting, but over time I noticed the things she would tell me were popping up into the back of my head in between sessions. I’ve really started to see a big difference in myself & my mindset!
Sherie is an amazing therapist. I've had recurring depression and anxiety since I was young, with numerous attempts at seeing therapists for help. Due to switching insurance or not feeling like I was getting much out of my sessions, I was never able to stick to therapy. Sherie has been my therapist for ~9 months. I come out of every single session with something new to reflect on, a new perspective or awareness of something I did not notice before; I feel more positive and capable of handling tough things in life than ever. It always feels like she cares, without any judgment. Her "About Me" summary describes her perfectly! I am so grateful to her and truly impressed. I am also so grateful for the option of online therapy and that I gave it a chance.
I’ve been working w Sherie for the past 9 months or so and i see myself continuing our dynamic! She’s been a great help going through multiple huge events in my life. Her insight & patience has been so beneficial to me being able to authentically reflect on my actions and feelings!
Sheri has been so helpful so far and I can’t wait to continue
Sherrie is the best listener. She has made me feel heard, validated, and has helped me improve my self worth.
From the first session with Sherie, I have felt heard, seen, and safe. I always appreciate Sherie's consistency of services and I would recommend her all of the women in my life if I could!
Sherie has been great in helping me deal with my anxiety. She is very kind and patient. I have never done therapy before so I was pretty nervous. Sherie made me feel comfortable from the start.
Sherie has been great! She is very supportive and understanding. I feel safe speaking with her. I'm so glad I matched with her!
Sherie is wonderful, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She creates a comfortable environment and acknowledges concerns while providing the tools to help navigate tough situations. She provides great support and relevant resources as well.
Sherie is sweet and understanding. She never made me feel rushed and responded to my messages quite quickly.
