I like how she asks questions to get a mental picture of my issues. She shows just enough empathy to get me to the point, but she also speaks my “truth”, but in a digestible way. Fits my schedule very well. Love her!

Sherile is a kind and wise therapist. I can tell that she's truly listening to me and cares about my healing. She challenges some of my thoughts, but is never judgmental or critical . She validates my feelings, but reassures me that they're temporary. She is patient with me and encourages me to be patient with myself and my healing process. I always feel better after talking to her!

Sherile, is great! Very intuitive , listens and gives great advice, but she is also a bit stern in her advice and recommendations. Which I think is a good thing, I really appreciate her,
