Sherree Watson, LCSW
I am a therapist licensed in Tennessee with over 10 years of experience in the government and private sector. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief/loss, and common daily stressors and challenges impacting one’s daily functioning. I have also created substance use treatment programs in Tennessee that were designed to meet all of the underlying areas of need that were impacting one’s substance use and avoidant patterns of behavior.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and narrative therapy techniques . I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Sherree has helped me out with my anxiousness with getting back out into the world and finding motivation again within my own life. Learning how to grow and think differently and more positively now has been a rough path of course, but an easier one to face with her help. Without her help I have no idea if I would have been able to get any of my goals done in a timely manner and be able to communicate and learn things about myself, and reach out and learn things about my environment and who I’m surrounded by in a new perspective. Hasn’t even been that long since I joined betterhelp, but it’s such a life changer when you find the perfect person to help you along the way and just listen. It’s such a simple thing, but a serious life changing thing so thank you!

Sherree Watson is a very skilled and understanding therapist. I have only had two sessions with her but I am already learning coping mechanisms for my alcohol use and my anxiety levels. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help.
