I've been working with Sherry for about 7 months now. She has helped me to set goals and actually reach them. My life is in an entirely different place than it was 7 months ago. She has given me the confidence to take action in my life, set realistic goals, and help me see how far I've come. Sherry isn't just reactive, she's proactive. She'll send out a wellness insight twice a week, and it's information that really helps me get back on track. When I began therapy months ago, I was drowning, but she's helped me put myself in a place where I can look at my life and take stock of what's working/what's not and make changes. It's great to set realistic practical goals and work towards them.

Sherry is kind, caring, professional, and encouraging. She always responds to me quickly and checks on me if she hasn’t heard from me in a few days. I so appreciate how she tailors our sessions and her advice to me using genuine warmth, concern, and spiritual guidance. Thank you, Sherry, for all that you do!

Sherry is understanding and kind. I really appreciate her insights. She is working with my sister as well and I've seen how much she has helped her as well which is why I got started. I thought online counseling would be impersonal, but it's been just the opposite. Thank you for your help!
