Sheryl is incredibly kind, like the mother none of us ever had. She is very adaptable to whatever you bring to her, and very easy to talk to. When you talk to her it’s so natural it almost doesn’t feel like therapy, in the best way possible, but when you leave the session you feel so much better. The way she highlights things I should probably think about and the exercises she gives me really makes me feel like overcoming my issues is just routine and easily obtainable, she just makes it easy.
