Life is ever changing; the challenge is to be able to manage and keep moving forward while maintaining a positive and healthy mindset. Most of the time the answers to our questions, fears and even desires are just a matter of reaching forward to take action and working through it. Let's work together, I'm here to help.
We are communal beings and benefit from the assistance of someone coming along side us to help. That is what I believe therapy is a collaborative effort to reach your desired goals.

Shirley is a wonderful professional who is attentive to her clients and is always able to help you fully think, discuss, and even exhaust an issue when you need serious advice. Concerns big and small, she is always there for you when you need her. She has helped me immensely to work through some challenging emotions surrounding a particularly challenging problem with my employers and continues to help me fully flesh out and take steps to counteract years of generational family trauma.

Dr. Shirley is a fantastic therapist! She really takes her time to learn and listens. She’s intentional with her sessions and makes sure that everything is covered. She offers resources often and helps hold you accountable in a loving way. I personally love how I can speak freely about my Jesus and she’s right there with me.
