Life is ever changing; the challenge is to be able to manage and keep moving forward while maintaining a positive and healthy mindset. Most of the time the answers to our questions, fears and even desires are just a matter of reaching forward to take action and working through it. Let's work together, I'm here to help.
We are communal beings and benefit from the assistance of someone coming along side us to help. That is what I believe therapy is a collaborative effort to reach your desired goals.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Shirley Louisor. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Dr. Shirley is a fantastic therapist! She really takes her time to learn and listens. She’s intentional with her sessions and makes sure that everything is covered. She offers resources often and helps hold you accountable in a loving way. I personally love how I can speak freely about my Jesus and she’s right there with me. If you’re in need of a compassionate therapist and want to actually heal and grow. She is awesome
She is a good listener without judgment.
It's too soon to give a thorough review but our first session and follow up has been good. She seems very experienced with not only the professional skills but also in life with wisdom in general. Our first session was prompt and was a good "getting to know you" experience. I look forward to working with her
Mrs.Louisor is an angel on earth! She is great at listening while also giving advice. She validates my thoughts and gives me feedback on topics I need guidance on. She is the first therapist who I felt was truly compatible with my needs since treatment.
She listens, has a sense of humor, is practical, and is experienced.
No matter the problem you have, Shirley will help you find the solutions.
Shirley is great ! She understands my concerns and offer a suggestions to help me cope.
Ms. Louisor listens patiently and asks the right question which helps me to address an issue. I cherish the 2 sessions that I had with her which helped me a lot. No doctor, friend, sibling, or even a parent was able to help me the way she did...
Awesome Awesome !!
Shirley is a great listener and very attentive to whatever the situation is and allows you to explain what is going on with you at that time. I appreciate her giving me golds to work on, helping me figure out my golds. Thank you we all need someone to hear us out so whatever you are holding to can be released, thank you again.
So far we have only had one session. I feel confident that Shirley will be well suited to help me traverse through my issues.
Great listeners and she helps me explore options for the betterment of my life
Shirley is very compassionate. Her gentle demeanor is reassuring that it’s ok to take time for yourself and allow yourself grace.
You know a therapist is good when you look forward to your session with them, and want to share journal entries or milestones in your personal progress/life journey. I feel heard, understood, and relieved during my sessions with Shirley
