My name is Shirlisa Daniels and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the State of North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings.

I've been seeing Ms. Daniels for a few months and I can confidently say she's been very helpful to my mental health journey. She is a fantastic therapist that challenges you consistently without being confrontational. She is incredibly empathetic. You can tell that she truly has a calling in this. I wish I could still have her as a therapist. If you are lucky to have her long-term, you will see yourself become a better version of yourself. Much respect for her!

Shirlisa has patience with me to weed through and find the main crux of the issue and works with me to have immediate help to navigate my growth. I have enjoyed the "homework" and information she gives me to improve the issues that I come across in daily life.
I have only had a few sessions so far and she has already helped me improve on my outlook and goals for work and in my personal life. Highly recommended her friendly and professional help.

Really has changed my perspective on alot of things. Mainly I've slowed down alot and she has made me think about things from others point of view, and before I can answer or respond sometimes, I really know the right way to approach what I'm dealing with
