Shona has been kind, compassionate and professional in her interactions with me. She understands my primary problems and helps streamline our therapy sessions to focus on the solutions for them. She is always readily available and is prompt and timely. She has been my pillar during a very difficult phase of my life

Thank you so much for all your kind help/support/patience these past few months. It really helped me to turn my mindset around, keep my anxieties at bay, proactively think through my upcoming challenges ahead, and simplify down the things I can/want to focus on. Comparing to when I first started, I feel so much stable, optimistic, proud, thankful, and inspired about myself and my situation. It was a pleasure working with you!
