She's amazing, she has really helped me get things and order, with some of past traumas. In addition, reminding me of the things I work hard on, to grow in a better direction. She is great at making me feel comfortable with being myself and my emotions to help me.

Ms. McCoy helped me tremendously when it came to being honest with myself about my feelings and prioritizing them for my well-being. She also used that insight to encourage me to independently make decisions that felt the best and healthiest to me. I feel like this process of honoring my true feelings and values and acting with them in mind is a crucial skill that I will remember for the rest of my life. She’s a great therapist.
