Silvana Martinez, LCSW
About me
I'm Silvana Martinez, a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life's most challenging moments. My work centers on helping clients process trauma, manage anxiety and stress, and build meaningful connections while addressing isolation and loneliness.
I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to therapy, recognizing how identity, discrimination, and multicultural experiences shape our wellbeing. I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients, those healing from domestic violence and abuse, and individuals working through family-of-origin issues and relationship conflicts.
My expertise also extends to caregiver stress, workplace challenges, abandonment, and gender identity concerns. I work with clients to explore how these experiences intersect with their lives, creating space for authentic healing and growth.
I believe in meeting you where you are—without judgment—and collaborating with you as the expert of your own story. My role is to listen deeply, honor your unique perspective, and help you build resilience and clarity at your own pace. I'm committed to creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in respect, authenticity, and genuine care.
