About me

I am an EMDR Trauma Therapist and registered, accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework of good practice and professional conduct procedures.
I specialise in Childhood Trauma, working with individuals who have experienced physical, sexual and or emotional abuse during childhood. ​
Having served in the Royal Engineers within the Armed Forces. I have first-hand experience of the pressures that are upon service personnel and their families whilst serving their country both home and overseas.
As a Support Worker I have worked with individuals who have a mental health diagnosis, working with autism, acquired brain injuries, self harming, learning difficulties, I understand what impact these have on people on a day to day basis.
Working with the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund I support serving personnel, veterans and dependents with a wide range of diagnosis and symptoms including: PTSD & Complex PTSD.
I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office ICO, ensuring your information is confidential and secure.
