About me

It’s not easy to acknowledge that we need help, making the first contact with a counsellor is a huge step. It can be scary and you may be full with anxiety right now but if you are already reading this then you know it is a step you need to make. I offer a safe and non-judgemental environment that allows you to explore what has brought you to counselling. When we first meet we will be able to discuss what has brought you here and what are the challenges you wish to overcome in counselling. As a team we will come up with a plan that will support your choices and moving forward.

At this time I offer a variety of evening appointments mainly Mon/Tue/Wed and day time appointments on Tuesday. These are my regular time slots on my schedule but happy to accomodate exceptions if suits both our schedules that week.
Be mindful when viewing my schedule as BetterHelp don't use 24hr clock. If we've been matched and these times don't suit, let me know and we can arrange for you to be re-matched.

Sinéad has been an amazing listener and gives really useful and applicable advices as well! She understands my situation really fast and it felt good talking to someone that truly understands you!

Written on Feb 10, 2026 after therapy with Sinead for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, self esteem, and career difficulties

Having never experienced therapy before, I was a little hesitant and uncertain of how the process would work. Sinéad made me feel very comfortable and validated and created a safe space for me to share my struggles openly and without judgement. As someone who usually significantly struggles to open up and share, this has been an incredibly positive and rewarding journey on the path towards self discovery and self acceptance.
