Sondra has been a literal life savior. Finding a therapist is always hard. I’ve gone through a few bad apples myself and when you’re depressed, it’s a really hard journey to have to go through to find a new therapist. The first session I had with Sondra, I knew she was the one. Connecting with her is always a joy and at this point she feels more like a friend and I so appreciate her insights and care and her messages throughout the week. I completely and wholeheartedly recommend her! She’s the best!

Warm & genuine- how she describes her style and how she truly is. I spoke with Sondra to help me put of a rut, to get some forward motion going for myself and she was a perfect match to my needs. She helped me reinforce my strengths, abilities and acomplishments which is exactly what I needed.
