I’ve just started with Sondra but I think she’s great. She’s very polite she listens and her feedback makes me think. After our last session she sent me some worksheets that went with how I was feeling. She also sends messages of encouragement a little push. So far so good lol

Empathetic, thoughtful, kind, caring. She enters into the darkness with you and helps pull you up out of it -- a rare and unique skill!

Sondra has been such a blessing to have in my life. She helped me through some really hard times and has honestly become a close friend. After leaving the platform for some time, I came back, in need of support and we just went right back into it. She remembered everything about me and previous conversations we’ve had and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. Truly an amazing experience.

Sondra is fabulous! She encourages me and knows how to motivate me. Having a person to talk to about all my stressors that can provide guidance is great.
