About me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Rhode Island. For the past four years I have worked with children and adolescents as well as their families for a wide spectrum of concerns. I have worked with clients who struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, existential and mid-life crisis, LGBT issues, PTSD, foster care and adoption, relationship issues, ADHD, and career challenges.

My counseling strategy references CBT, narrative, person-centered, psychodynamic, and most importantly always promises Unconditional Positive Regard. My counseling style is warm and direct. My goal is always to help you reach your goals, and I am accepting of all situations and priorities.

I commend you on your courage to start this journey, and I hope I can help you down the path. You deserve compassion and sensitivity while you work toward achieving your dreams. I would be honored to support and empower you toward your vision of the future.
